He is survived by: his spouse Renia Elsie Hess Perkins; his children, Jimmy Perkins (Cass) of Swords Creek, Virginia, Johnny Perkins (Sheryl) of Swords Creek, Virginia and Jonah Ball of Bristol, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Mark Perkins, Jonathan Perkins (Courtney), Randy Ball, Shawn Ball, Catrina Holmes (Jackie), Nikki Grizzle (Jessie) and Emily Ball; his great grandchildren, Trent Vandyke, Noah Holmes, Brooklyn Perkins, Josceyln Grizzle, Haylee Grizzle and Amelia Perkins; his great great grandchildren, Willow Vandyke and Addison Ball; and his siblings, Herman Perkins (Ann), Vernie Perkins (Evie) and Fayrene Plaster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
