She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wells and Pearlie Newberry Wells; her husband Stanley Brown; and her siblings, Jessie Wells, Robert Wells, John Wells, Estil Wells, Claude Wells, Kyle Wells, Frazier Wells, Danny Wells, Deloria Elkins, Ada Marie Corns, Clercey Wells, Lois Lambert and Anna Pearl Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Combs (Ronnie); her granddaughters, Misty Compton (Steve) and Tiffany Musick; her great grandchildren, Ben Compton, Leah Musick and Kiley Musick; her caregivers, Diane Stevens and Ethel Williams; her friends, Janie and Gary Thomas; and also, Carolyn Wysor and Ruth Owens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
