He is survived by: his children, Thomas Lee Marshall and Angela Sue Elswick of Lebanon, Virginia; his grandchildren, Tanner Lee Marshall (Emily) of Walnut Cove, Tiffany Dawn Marshall of Waycross, Georgia and Natasha Nicole Jowers (Daniel) of Waycross, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Christopher Brown, RayLynn Jowers, Hunter Lee Marshall and Axton Ray Marshall; his sister Mary Sue Helbert of Cleveland, Ohio; and his stepsons, Shane Bailey, P. J. Bailey and Mike Bailey. He is also survived by one niece, three nephews, several cousins, and a host of friends.
