He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gene Taylor and Dorothy Taylor King of Virginia; his grandparents, Carl, Vergie Taylor, Treva and George Perry Taylor, Sr.; and his brother Roger Thompson.
He is survived by: his son Chevy Lee Taylor; his fiancée Tabitha Smith; his siblings, Dustin J. King and Sandra King; and his uncle Homer Taylor. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
