He is survived by: his wife Betty Rasnake Hess; his children, Anthony Bryan Hess (Rose) of Honaker, Virginia Renee Hess, Mike Dunford of Lebanon and Alicia Perkins (Melissa) of Honaker, Virginia; his granddaughters, Destiny Hess, Amiyah Hess and Riley Morgan; and his siblings, Billie Gene Hess, Gary Wayne Hess, Kenneth Hess, Phyllis Tiller and Bonnie Hart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
