He is survived by: his wife Billie Carol Robinette Meadows; his sons, Jeffery William Meadows (Barbara) of Oakwood, Virginia and Jamie Dean Meadows (Brandy) of Wytheville, Virginia; his son-in-law Michael Glenn Smith of Swords Creek, Virginia; his grandchildren, Jarrett Meadows of Richmond, Megan Meadows (Parker Moody) of Natural Bridge, Austin Smith (Madison) of Lynchburg and Jordan Smith of Swords Creek, Virginia; his great grandchild Adalynn Jean Smith of Lynchburg, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Daniel Ball (Hannah), Tabitha Hand (Jon) and Summer Miller.
