He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hale and Gertrude Street Hale; his siblings, Carlos Hale, Carrol Hale, Lois Norton and Shirley Hale; his son-in-law Todd Meadows; his father-in-law Dale Sword; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Hale and Hershel Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Sword Hale; his children, Rickey Lee Hale, Lesley Hale (Amanda), Travis Hale (Kayla Fuller), Tamara Meadows and Natasha Hughes (Billy); his grandchildren, Ethan Meadows, Evan Meadows, Steven Lee Hale, Madi Rohrer, Bentley Hale, Clint Hughes and Reezy Hale; his great grandchildren, Eli Meadows, Charlie Marie Meadows and Cole Meadows; his mother-in-law Marion Lee Burke; and his siblings, Darlis Fields (Roger), Barbara Stout (John) and Norma Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friend.
Due to COVID 19, funeral services will be a private; however, graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday at Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill with Rev. Steve Perkins officiating where everyone is welcome.
