He was predeceased by: his grandmother Cora Dye. He is survived by: his parents, Lacy Jay and Linda Faye Dye Musick of Pine Creek, Virginia.; his wife Leslie Rebecca Chapman Musick; his children, Travis Musick of Honaker, Virginia and Emily Tilley of Honaker, Virginia; his siblings, Brian Musick (Vickie) of Honaker and Kimberly "Sissy" Musick of Honaker, Virginia; his nieces, Hayli and Gracie; and his nephew Dylan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
