He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Combs and Thelma Smith Combs; and his siblings, Raymond Combs, Carl Ed Combs, Lottie Musick, Pauline Wallace, Naydine Musick and Geraldine Combs.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Sue Yates Combs; his children, Carol Stevens (Jeff) of Cleveland and Jeffrey Combs (Mindy) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Matt Stevens (Brooke), Josh Stevens (Kelli), Tyler "T. C." and Addison Combs; his great grandchildren, Laken Stevens, Skyler Stevens, Rylan Stevens, Aniston Stevens, Jaylee Stevens and Logan Stevens; his stepgrandchildren, Ethan Honaker and Haley Honaker; and his stepgreat-grandson Brayson Richardson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
