He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Homer "Bud" and Martha Barton Hart; his siblings, Lloyd Hart, Harold Hart (Naomi), Ailena Weatherly (James) and Janice Brown (Frank); and his pet Freckles.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lester Hart; his daughters, Kimberly Hart Counts (William) and Kay Hart Wilson (Benny); his stepson Anthony Hess (Bobbi Jo Fields); his grandsons, Trevor Counts and Charlie Wilson; his siblings, Claude Hart (JoAnn), Dallas Hart, Kenneth Hart (Joan) and Linda Hart Kiser (Mitt); and his sister-in-law Billie Hart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
