He is survived by: his children, Lannie Cook (June) of Cleveland, Virginia, Linda Dye of Honaker and Danna Wells of Honaker; his grandchildren, Tracy, Byron, Benjamin, Chad and Justin; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Mercedez, Benleigh, Anna, Tyler, Dylan, Eli, Ayden and Gavin; his sister Effie Karschner of Maryland; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Cook and Imogene Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
