He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ruth Hale; his daughter Shelley Peck (Tim) of Honaker; his grandson Brandon Peck (Kelli) of Johnson City, Tennessee; his siblings, Kathy Smith (Andrew) of Cleveland, Roger Hale (Lisa) of Richlands, Jerry Hale (Sandy) of Swords Creek and Jeff Hale of Abingdon; and his sister-in-law Lisa Boulden (Roger) of Bristol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
