She is survived by: her husband Garfield Hess; her children, Tony Hess (Doris) of Council, Virginia, Tim Hess (Denise) of Council, Virginia, Phyllis Hess (Todd Dunford) of Council, Virginia, Jennifer Jackson (Tommy) of Council, Virginia and Regina Harris (Curtis) of Council, Virginia; her grandchildren, Jessica Jackson (Derrick), Sandra Cook (Josh), Neil Jackson (Kristen), Wendell Harris (Monica), Courtney Hess, Jason Perkins and Jacob Hess; her daughter-in-law Becky Hess; her siblings, Betty Austin, Rachel Arrington, Pat Fletcher, Glen Sullivan, Lee Sullivan and Willie Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Miles Jackson, Kate Jackson, Samuel Harris, Carter Harris and Sophia Cook; and her pet Cupcake. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
