She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Keene and Ethel Smith Keene; her husband Charles "Cotton" Fogleman; and her siblings, Harold Keene, Lawrence Keene, Bob Keene and JoAnn Ritchie.
She is survived by: her son Ron Fogleman (Donna) of Lebanon; her sister Margaret Runyon of Abingdon; her grandchildren, Jessica Statzer (Andy), Jason Fogleman (Juilanna) and Carlie Liddell (Chuck); and her great grandchildren, Emily Monk and John Henry Statzer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
