She was predeceased by: her father Horace Musick; and her sister Sandra Street. She is survived by: her mother Bertha Jane Hurt Musick of Honaker; her daughters, Emily Crabtree and Melissa Chambers; her grandchildren, Mark Travis Combs, Kristie Breedlove (Matthew), Gabriela Hernandez and Esmirelda Hernandez; her great grandchild Carter William Combs; her close friend Barry Compton; and her brother Horace Musick, Jr..
