She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Lee and Dixie Helton Osborne; her husband Gary Rasnake; her siblings, Charles Osborne and Marie Hess; her parents-in-law, Earl and Ella Rasnake; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Rasnake Whited, Doris Rasnake, Randy Rasnake and Larry Rasnake; her niece Tammy Hess; and her nephew Randy Hess.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sue Hess (Harvey) of Honaker and Agee Osborne, Sr. of Honaker; her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Harrison (Terry) and Mary Lou Rasnake; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff Hess, Ronnie Hess, Agee Osborne, Jr. and Vickie Osborne.
