He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Betty J. Ward, Tolbert Harris and Jack Casey; his cousin Dawson Lee Deskins; and his great-aunt Diane Ray.

He is survived by: his father Michael (Alice Casey); his grandparents, Faye, Darrell Harris, Richard, Larrina Casey, Melissa and Joe Earls; his aunt Moriah; his uncle Jonathan; and his great-grandparent Norman Eugene Ward. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
