He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Hale; and his siblings, Dallas Hale (Dorothy) of Mendota, Mable Hensley of Elizabethton, Tennessee and Phyllis Hale of Elizabethton, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
