She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Kiser and Ida Kiser (Artrip); her husband Miles Kegley; her son Randall Ray Kegley; and her siblings, Maynard, Hoyt Kiser, Alynne Bragg, Berita Kiser, Willowdean Salyers and Lela Head.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Thrasher of Lebanon; her granddaughters, Jessica Humphrey (Erick) of Roanoke and April Raguz (Stefan) of Lebanon; her great grandchildren, Ethan Miles LaFontaine, Sedona Rose Humphrey of Roanoke, Mercedes Jolene Raguz and Luka Vedran Raguz of Lebanon; her sister-in-law Helen Kiser of Clinchfield; her son-in-law Randall Ashby (Renee) of New Castle; and her close friends, Don McClure and Donna Tiller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
