With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Deel (Honaker, Virginia), who passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd and Lydia Harris Penley; her husband Elmer Lee "Jack" Deel, Sr.; her children, Jane Neverosky and Michael Deel; her grandsons, Chase Ball and Brad Street; her siblings, Ervin Penley, Stanford Penley, Ruth Penley, Carrie Johnson, Marie Deel and Ethel Estep; and her sons-in-law, Randy Dye and Bob Neverosky.
She is survived by: her children, Elmer Lee Deel, Jr. (Joann) of Belfast, Curtis Deel (Kay) of Tennessee, Debbra Harris (Sherman) of Richlands, Barbara Dye of Honaker and Alvin Deel (Mary Ellen Peck); her daughter-in-law Brenda Deel of Honaker; and her caregivers, Haylee Dye and Laura Marie Hall. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
