He is survived by: his children, Vickie Cook Grome of Louisa, Carla Dye (Jason) of Bristol and Benjamin "Benji" Cook of Honaker; his grandchildren, Rodney King, Trey Bunn, Shey Bunn, Alex Bunn, Peyton Bailey (Dalton), Alexis Stiltner and Braden; his great grandchildren, Kenleigh Bunn, Clay Bunn, Avarie Bunn, Hannah King, Owen King, Parker Bunn, Alec Anderson and Cooper Bailey; and his siblings, Sue Shortridge (Ralph), Dean Brown (Jerry), Gary Cook (Regina), Tony Cook and Dempsey Street (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
