He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Sisk, Jr. and Dorothy Leann Breedlove Sisk; and his grandparents, Charles Wesley, Minnie Eliza Breedlove, Alden Sisk, Jr. and Mary Nell Sisk Dye.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Annilea Sisk; his children, Ira Keith Sisk and Dorothy Annilea Sisk; and his siblings, Trudy K. Sisk of Drill, Melissa Lester (Benny) of Drill, Jacqueline Duty of Hurley, Timothy W. Sisk (Carolyn) of Garden Creek, Rick Sisk (Margaret) of Drill, Johnny Sisk of Drill and Allen Sisk (Sherry) of Finney. He is also survived by eleven nieces, four nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
