He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Crabtree; his children, Jonathan Crabtree (Lisa) and Amanda Hall (William); his grandchildren, Hailey Crabtree, Jaymee Crabtree and Willow Grace Hall; and his siblings, Audrey Jewel Lee, Mack Crabtree (Mary Sue) and Irene Crabtree Harris (Freeman). He is also survived by grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
