She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Fields and Maude Alice Cox Fields; her husband Rev. James Cassell; her sons, Charles Allen Cassell and Bradley Scott Cassell; and her siblings, Evelyn Horn, Willie Fields, Jr. and Robert Fields.
She is survived by: her grandson Brandon Cassell (Courtney) of Honaker, Virginia; her great grandchild Annabelle Cassell; her daughter-in-law Kim Breeding (Jeff); and her nieces and nephews, John Fields (Cathy), Scott Cox, Diana Cutchins and Pam Lease.
