He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Dalton Hale; his children, Rimley Fitzwater (Suzanne) of Macungie and Leah Fitzwater of Lenoir; his grandchildren, LaChelle Bivens, Elijah Johnson of Lenoir, NC, Isaac and Easton Fitzwater of Macungie, PA; his siblings, Pamela Keene (Philip) of Rowe, VA and Jamie Hale (Freda) of Haysi, VA; his nieces, Nikki Keene, Tiffany Hughes (Chris) and Ashley Shortt (Jerry); and his great-niece Aubrey Shortt of Virginia. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
