He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Bunch and Ina Mae Holt Bunch; his siblings, Otis Bunch, Jr., Joyce Leabo, Tammy Cody, Shirley Carpenter and Glenda Bunch; his mother-in-law Sarah Rasnake; and his brother-in-law Danny Honaker.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Bunch; his children, Matthew Bunch, Gary Duty, Sarah Colley, Zaylin Purcell and Dallas Duty; his grandchildren, Jeffery Duty, Dwayne "Joe" Duty, Giada Marie Bunch and Annalisa Bunch; his siblings, Ronnie Bunch, Wayne Bunch, Tony Bunch and Joann Johnson; his father-in-law George Ben (Nola Honaker); and his nieces, Melinda Baldwin and Candace Cody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
