With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Larry Wysor of Honaker, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2024 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Naff and Elizabeth Martin Wysor; his son Chet Wysor; his siblings, Bob Wysor, Charlie Wysor, Betty Walls, Patty Wysor and Joann Howard; and his father-in-law Lawrence Keene.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Keene Wysor; his children, Cindy Wysor Newberry (Randy), David Belcher (Regina) and John Belcher (Chaisty); his grandchildren, Kandis Harr, Josh Newberry (Kaylea), Sara Wysor, Michael Belcher (Juli), Nick Belcher, Cara Belcher and Colin Belcher; his great grandchildren, Luke Newberry, Ryan Elizabeth Newberry and Jett Allen Belcher; his mother-in-law Henrietta Keene; his sister-in-law Katie Wysor; and his close friends, Bubby and Jennifer Shortt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
