She was predeceased by: her parents, Kinzer M. Compton and Gladys Hess Compton; her husband Ryland Eugene Ball; her son Lonnie Ball; her great grandchild Breanna Grace Rollins; her sister Nora Ellen; and her sons-in-law, Ronald Bostic and Michael Harrigan.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Harrigan of Kingsport, Ronda Bostic (Charlie) of Council, Janet Nuckles (David) of Honaker, Leslie Ball (Carleen) of Fletchers Ridge, Kennie Ball (Lisa) of Hayters Gap and Marlie Ball (Jennifer) of Stinson Ridge; and her siblings, Faye McGlothlin (Rean), Raymond M. Compton (Joyce), Annie Ball and Rema Harris (Danny). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
