It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Goldie Hess (Honaker, Virginia), who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Whited and Jenny Keen Whited; her husband Robert Clyde Hess; her sons, Beecher Hess and Ronnie Hess; and her grandsons, Lenny Hubbard, Jamie Carrico and Dougie Carrico.
She is survived by: her children, Allene Hubbard, Phyllis Lowe, Shelia Sharp, Fayne Hess, Harold Hess and Gary Hess; and her siblings, Arlene Compton and Mason Whited. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19, funeral services will be private; however, friends may stop by the funeral home on Friday, July 17, 2020, for an opportunity to view between 9:00 – 12 noon.
