She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gene Raymond and Delores Ann Harrell Gile of Phoenix, Arizona.; her son Jeffery Lee Fields; her grandparents, Lawrence, Myrtle Harrell, Jim and Edith Gile; her husband Elder Otis John Fields; her children, Jamie Lynn Fields of Miller Creek and Joshua John Fields (Ashley) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Zoe Blevins, Gage Shook and Wyatt Fields; her great grandchild Edith Mae Blevins; and her brothers, Gene Gile (Kathy) and Mick Gile (Carol). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
