He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Raymond and Dorothy Thelma Plaster Newberry; his former wife Tammy Street Newberry; his sisters, Rita Pruitt and Angela Rose Newberry; and his grandparents, Alvie, Mae Newberry, Charlie and Rosa Plaster.
He is survived by: his wife Koreen Potter Newberry; his daughter Tiara Newberry Davis (Michael) of Clintwood, Virginia; his grandson Maverick Davis of Clintwood, Virginia; and his sister Connie Richardson (David) of Pounding Mill, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
