She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Combs and Maude B. Smith Combs; her husband Carl Henry Hart; her sons, Larry Hart and David Hart; and her siblings, Opal Cole, Nancy Laurent, Roy Combs and Earl Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Carla (C. H. Wallace), Paula (Harvey Hart), Terri (Tim Ray) and Mike; her daughter-in-law Lisha Hart; and also Mary Holly. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
