She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuel Phillips and Estelle Miller Phillips; and her siblings, Charlotte Perkins, Norma Faye Phillips, Edgar Phillips and Thurman Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Lowie Perkins; her son Ernie Perkins (Nancy) of Honaker; her granddaughters, Angela Teffeteller (Rick) of Knoxville and Delores Stilwell (Tony) of Statesville; her great grandchildren, Marshall Teffeteller of Knoxville, Emily Brown of Claremont and Noah Teffeteller of Greenville; her great great grandchild Remington James of Claremont; her sisters, Donna Hess of Lebanon and Dana Christian (Oris) of Lebanon; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Phillips of Bristol. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions mandated by the governor, a mask is required.
