He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bascom, Elsie Musick, Claude Franklin and Fonnie Gay Peck. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Mitchell and Vada Mae Peck Musick of Honaker; his wife Melissa Diane Taylor Musick; his sons, Zackery Perry Musick and Timmy O'Brian Taylor; and his brother Terry Lee Musick. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
