He was predeceased by: his parents, Shade William and Maude Powers Miller. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Miller; his children, Shirley Fuller (late Larry Fuller) of Rosedale, Cecil Miller (Rachel) of Rosedale, Earl Miller (Denise) of Swords Creek and Gerald Miller (Gayle) of Bristol, Virginia; his grandchildren, Jeff Miller, Tonya Maxfield, Lynnette Compton, Janette Miller, Heath Miller, Amanda Meade, Chance Miller and Zachary Miller; his stepgranddaughters, Judy Schreiner and Sally Shupe; and his brother Hassell Miller of Newport, Virginia. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
