He is survived by: his wife Terellis Sue Smith Hammond; his daughter Sara Osborne of Cincinnati; his stepchildren, Michael Akers of Cincinnati, Ohio and Heather Akers of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his siblings, Gene Osborne of Cincinnati, Ohio and Terri Pittroff of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
