He was predeceased by: his father Charles Claude Compton; and his grandparents, Charlie, Louise Compton, George and Lois "Ban" Turner.
He is survived by: his fiancée Tonya Turner; his adoptive son Ethan Turner; his mother Brownie Compton; his brother Darrell Compton (Shelby); his niece Michelle Hubbard (Eric); his great-nephews, Colt and Levi Hubbard; and his pets, Dottie, Eugene, Bitty Bean and Jasmine.
