He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Rose and Nancy Harris Rose; and his brothers, Elbert, Millard and Homer Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lois Ball Rose; his children, Anthony Rose (Tammy) of Council and Karen Rose of Council; his grandson Samuel Rose (Josie) of Big; his great grandchild Bentley Rose; and his siblings, Janis Combs (Paul) of Bluff City, Tennessee and Bob Rose (Dorothy) of Council. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
