She is survived by: her husband Willard Leon Meade; her children, Leon Carl Fredrick Meade (Sheena), Tina Louise Flossie Smith (Eric), Dustin Adam Willard Meade (Chasity), Holly Carey Beth Ratliff (Tim), Derrick Justin Leon Meade of Flatrock and Brennan Ethan Wayne Meade; her grandchildren, Ryan Meade, Adam Meade, Juliana Meade, Mykenzie Ratliff, Kayleigh Smith, Lillian Ratliff, Darren Meade, Emma Meade, Benjamin Meade, Claire Meade and Paisley Meade; her siblings, Narcie Harris (Harold) of Drill, Anna Gay Cox of Honaker, Virginia, Robert Thomas of Raven, Diane Mosquera, Jose of Myrtle Beach, Wanda Harris, Ivan of Swords Creek, Lucy Shepard and Larry of Honaker; and her close friend Theresa Patterson of Tazewell.
