He is survived by: his wife Frances Barrett Justice; his children, Michael Justice (Brenda) of River Mountain and Connie Stevens (Ronnie) of River Mountain; his son-in-law Keith Cartmell; his grandchildren, Marlena Justice and Kevin Justice (Melissa); and his great grandchild Jada Justice.
