He was predeceased by: his parents, Creed Smith and Mary White Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jasmyn Dye (Timothy) of Belfast, Chanfrasta Breedlove of Honaker, Tiara Flanary of South Carolina and Katelyn Flanary of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Caylee Dye, Kaydan Dye, Blake Hurt, Logan Hurt, Kyndra Mullins, Neveah Flanary and Jayden Flanary; and his sisters, Mary Ann Patty and Lola Smith.
