It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Harris (Honaker, Virginia), born in Trammel, Virginia, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Emmitt and Myrtle Austin; and her siblings, Mack Austin, Eugene Austin, Harold Austin, Bobby Austin, Maudeen Combs, Vilene Hess, Lorene Taylor and Juanita Austin.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Harris; her children, Jennifer Darnell (Ricky) of Honaker, Virginia, Luke Harris (Jennifer) of Abingdon and Farrell Harris (Renee) of Chino Valley, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jonathan Harris, Isabella Compton, Madison Harris, Richard Darnell, Lindsey Bare and Kyle Hickman; and her siblings, Catherine Johnson (Earl) of Council, Linda Wallace (Doug Ball) and Donald Austin (Betty). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
