He is survived by: his brothers, Danny D. Stevens of Abingdon, Chris Stevens (Debra) of Council and Roy A. Stevens of Cleveland, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy Stevens, Sophia Owens, Billie Ratliff, Amy Dales, Joshua Stevens, Danny W. Stevens and Harold Stevens, Jr..
