He is survived by: his mother Geneva Belcher Deskins; his wife Janice Deskins (Stiltner) of Swords Creek, Virginia.; his son John Allen Deskins of Morgantown; his grandchildren, May Deskins of Morgantown and Henry Deskins of Morgantown; and his brother Wayne Deskins (Nancy) of Oakwood, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
