She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferd Crabtree and Mona Lee Stevens Crabtree; her husband James Harold Musick; her daughter Charlotte Musick; and her brothers, A. F. Crabtree, Alvah Crabtree and Asa Crabtree.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Musick, Wilma Stallard (Junior) of Cleveland, Wanda Fields (Billy) of Lebanon and Janet Musick (Carroll Knupp) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Melissa Stallard (Mark Hurd), B. J. Fields (Nikiki), James Puckett, Jennifer Sukeforth (Joe) and Brooke Harris (K. J.); and her siblings, Irene Musick of Cleveland, Darlene Ball of Abingdon and Carson Crabtree of Cleveland. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
