She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Blankenship (Ron) of Lebanon, Debbie Artrip (Berk) of Swords Creek and Karen Bostic (Richard) of Swords Creek; her grandchildren, Derek Artrip (Jayme) of Morgantown, Amanda Richardson (Jayson) of Bristol, Andrew Bostic (Britnay Arwood) of Swords Creek, Travis Blankenhip (Erika) of Richmond, Hannah Hubbard (John) of Abingdon and Rachel Atrip (Tre Preston) of Roanoke; her great grandchildren, Ally Jay Artrip and Ava Kate Richardson; her sister Patty Dye of Honaker; her niece Lori Dye Boyd; and her nephew Scott Dye. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
