He is survived by: his wife Sherry Sisk; his children, Christopher Sisk, Elizabeth Sisk and Felita Hess; his grandchildren, Adora, Braylyn and Kinsley; and his siblings, Jackie Duty, Missy Lester, Trudy Sisk, John Sisk, Rick Sisk and Tim Sisk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
