He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lucas (Sweetcheeks); his daughters, Samantha and Danielle Lucas; his siblings, Mark Lucas (Stephanie), John Lucas (Ami), Joey Lucas (Laura) and Leona Adkins (Jamie); his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Pack (Barbara), Allen Pack, David Helton, Mary Linkous (Jeff) and Jackie Bryant; and his friends, Donnie, Tina Shepard, Ralph Janey and Kevin Yoders. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
