He is survived by: his children, Viva Ousley (Allisonia), Billy Leonard Jarrells, Violet Jarrells (Hiwassee), Tracy Williams and Williams (Draper); his grandchild Fourteen; his sisters, Louise (Wayne Edwards), Linda Joyce Jarrells and Hiwassee; and his close friends, Chuck, Tracy Doss, TJ and Chelsea Morris.
