She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Duncan and Margaret Duncan; her husband Mack Louis Saunders, Jr.; her son Mark Saunders; and her siblings, Sandra Swatkowski and Jerry Duncan.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Alderman (Brad); her grandchildren, Kasey Edwards (Nick), Beth Bishop (Jeremy), Markie Saunders and Eric Saunders; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Mackenzie, Grayson and Wyatt; her niece Kristy Schneider (Dave); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Emmie, Alex and Lilly. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mullins Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery (3086 Lowmans Ferry Rd, Pulaski, VA 24301).
